Sweet & Spicy Bang Bang Chicken Kabobs Recipe

Juicy grilled chicken kabobs coated in creamy sweet and spicy bang bang sauce, perfect for quick summer grilling.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts cubed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and black pepper to taste
Bang Bang Sauce:
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 4 tbsp sour cream
  • 1/3 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp sriracha adjust to taste

Method
 

  1. Cut chicken into even bite-sized cubes and season lightly with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
  2. Thread chicken onto skewers evenly.
  3. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill skewers for 10–12 minutes, turning until chicken is fully cooked and lightly charred.
  5. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, sweet chili sauce, honey, Dijon mustard, and sriracha until smooth.
  6. Brush cooked chicken skewers generously with bang bang sauce.
  7. Serve with extra sauce on the side.

Notes

Do not add sauce before grilling or it will burn. Adjust sriracha depending on spice level preference. Best served immediately for best texture and flavor.
