Soft Keto Bagels in 35 Minutes

Soft and chewy keto bagels made with almond flour and mozzarella for an easy low-carb breakfast option.

Servings: 6 bagels

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 2 large eggs
Optional: sesame seeds or everything seasoning

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Microwave mozzarella and cream cheese together until melted and smooth.
  3. Mix almond flour and baking powder in a bowl.
  4. Add melted cheese mixture and eggs to dry ingredients.
  5. Mix until dough forms.
  6. Divide dough into 6 portions and shape into bagels.
  7. Place on baking sheet and add toppings if desired.
  8. Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes

Use fine almond flour for best texture. Do not overbake. Store in fridge up to 5 days or freeze for longer storage.
