Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Microwave mozzarella and cream cheese together until melted and smooth.
- Mix almond flour and baking powder in a bowl.
- Add melted cheese mixture and eggs to dry ingredients.
- Mix until dough forms.
- Divide dough into 6 portions and shape into bagels.
- Place on baking sheet and add toppings if desired.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
Use fine almond flour for best texture. Do not overbake. Store in fridge up to 5 days or freeze for longer storage.
