Moist Cinnamon Swirl Banana Bread

Easy homemade banana bread made with ripe bananas for a soft, moist texture and rich flavor.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 ripe bananas mashed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mash bananas in a bowl until mostly smooth.
  3. Mix melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla in another bowl.
  4. Add mashed bananas and stir to combine.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt.
  6. Combine dry ingredients with wet mixture gently.
  7. Pour batter into prepared pan.
  8. Bake for 50–60 minutes until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
  9. Cool before slicing and serving.

Notes

Use very ripe bananas for best flavor. Do not overmix batter. Store at room temperature up to 3 days or freeze for longer storage.
