A simple no-cook patriotic charcuterie board filled with cheese, meats, fruit, and fresh vegetables for easy summer entertaining.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cheddar cheese cubed or sliced
  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese sliced or balls
  • 6 oz turkey slices or roast beef
  • 1 cup strawberries halved
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup grapes red or green
  • 1 cup cucumber slices
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 box assorted crackers
  • 1/2 cup olives or pickles optional
  • 1/4 cup nuts optional

Method
 

  1. Place cheeses on a large board or platter, spacing them out evenly.
  2. Fold and arrange meat slices near the cheeses for easy pairing.
  3. Add fruit in small grouped sections for color balance.
  4. Fill remaining spaces with vegetables, crackers, and extras.
  5. Adjust placement until the board looks full and varied.
  6. Serve immediately or chill briefly before serving.

Notes

Best assembled right before serving to keep everything fresh. Store components separately if prepping ahead. Keep crackers away from moisture to prevent sogginess. You can easily swap meats, cheeses, or fruits based on preference.
