Easy Jalapeño Popper Bites for Parties

Creamy, cheesy jalapeño popper bites loaded with turkey bacon and baked until golden for the perfect party appetizer.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 fresh jalapeños
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices turkey bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove seeds and membranes.
  3. Cook turkey bacon until crisp and crumble into small pieces.
  4. Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, turkey bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper in a bowl.
  5. Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
  6. Arrange on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes until the peppers are tender and the tops are lightly golden.
  8. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a milder version, remove all seeds and membranes. Store leftovers refrigerated for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or air fryer for best results.
