Easy Brownie and Fruit Kebabs for Summer Parties

Easy brownie and fruit kebabs made with chocolate brownies, strawberries, blueberries, and marshmallows for a fun patriotic dessert.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 9x13-inch pan brownies, chilled and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 pint fresh strawberries hulled
  • 1 pint fresh blueberries
  • 12 large marshmallows
  • 12 bamboo or wooden skewers
  • 1/2 cup hot fudge sauce for serving

Method
 

  1. Cut chilled brownies into 1-inch cubes.
  2. Wash and thoroughly dry strawberries and blueberries.
  3. Thread brownie cubes, strawberries, marshmallows, and blueberries onto skewers in alternating patterns.
  4. Arrange kebabs on a serving platter.
  5. Drizzle lightly with hot fudge sauce or serve the sauce on the side.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.

Notes

Chilling the brownies makes assembly much easier. Assemble within a few hours of serving for the freshest fruit. Store leftovers refrigerated for up to 24 hours.
