Cook Time 2 minutes
Total Time 1 hour 12 minutes
Servings: 10 servings

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Chex-style cereal
  • 2 cups pretzels mini twists
  • 2 cups popcorn plain or lightly salted
  • 1 cup red white, and blue candy-coated chocolates
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows or yogurt-covered raisins
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil for melting chocolate if needed

Method

  1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cereal, pretzels, popcorn, candy, and marshmallows.
  3. Melt white chocolate chips with vegetable oil in short microwave bursts, stirring until smooth.
  4. Drizzle melted chocolate over the snack mix and toss gently to coat.
  5. Spread mixture onto prepared baking sheet in an even layer.
  6. Let cool completely until chocolate sets, then break into clusters.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days. If it gets humid, it can soften slightly, so keep it sealed well. Avoid overmixing once chocolate is added or it will clump.
