Method
- Warm tortillas slightly so they roll easier without tearing.
- In a bowl, toss romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and black pepper.
- Add chicken and lightly mix until combined.
- Place filling in center of each tortilla and top with crushed croutons if using.
- Fold sides inward and roll tightly into wraps.
- Slice in half and serve immediately or wrap tightly for later.
Notes
If meal prepping, keep dressing separate until ready to eat. Don’t overfill wraps or they’ll tear while rolling. Rotisserie chicken works great for quick prep. Best eaten fresh but can be refrigerated up to 1 day assembled.
